  1. Erik, we plan to truly disrupt the status quo when it comes to trademark service providers. The lack of innovation means both in-house counsel have to use inefficient tools & waste money, plus law firms can’t leverage this wealth of information for business development either. TrademarkNow is changing this, created by experts in trademark law and linguistics, our cutting-edge system also utilizes state-of-the-art machine-learning techniques to produce models that seamlessly take real-world complexities into account. The result: faster, smarter trademark search, watch, and risk analysis.

  2. Count me in. There are so many aspects of the innovation economy as it has evolved over my career that I want to disrupt/reset…

  3. I’m pretty sure I have a disrupter beam in the garage. It’s in a box, and a little dusty, but I’m sure I can find it. And it runs off 110VAC, which is good because 220 is hard to find.

But I’m not signing up for 9 months. This is gonna take a while. But worth it I think. I was at lunch the other day and someone talked about some giant company patenting the XOR of bits in a frame buffer. I rolled my eyes.

ps: that picture of the Charles – I’ve been there. many times in the morning. and it always made me feel small, not giant. But hanging out in the Barker – standing on the shoulders of giants – now *that* made me feel tall… just sayen.

  4. As a business lawyer, I’ve been a disruptor ever since graduating from law school. Change is good for the profession. It challenges us to be better lawyers, streamline legal processes, and improve results for both lawyers and clients. Congratulations on the new site!
